Nothing says SPRING like the first pick of rhubarb. I don't have any plants but my Mom sure does. Lucky me! Last night I made us a double crumble. All that means is the crumbs are on the bottom and the top. It was delicious. I hate to think how many calories but it had to be done!
This morning I had a piece for breakfast with my new favorite beverage, a London Fog Latte. YUMMY
